Our Procedure

Submit Your Claim
Download our questionnaire, fill it out, sign and upload back to the portal. You will get a response within 48 hours if we will proceed with your matter.

Case Assignment
If we proceed with your matter, a case number will be assigned to you and you will be able to track your case update and also be directed to pay an acceptance fee. You will be requested to sign a notarized document mandating the portal to proceed on your behalf, provide additional documentation in support of the matter, to assist us commence the necessary action.

Documentation
Please note the more documents you can provide to support your matter the stronger our rate of success will be in ensuring that monetary compensation is paid by the Compensator to you.

Cost & Fees
Our fee structure is transparent and fair.
Acceptance Fee
An acceptance fee will be requested on acceptance of processing of compensation. Each acceptance fee will vary depending on the complexity of a compensation. Communication and updates on your claim will be done through your account.
Note: Acceptance fees are not applicable in cases involving Children below the age of 18 years, Sexual Harassment cases and The Elderly from 60 years and above
Compensation Fees
After successful completion of the compensation claim, we would charge an agreed percentage depending on the complexity of the matter and deduct our fees and cost from receipt of the compensation.
Commission Structure
Our Fees and Commissions payable to the Portal after successful completion of the compensation claim varies depending on the complexity of the Claim, but typically will not exceed 30%.
