Injury and Claim is a compensation processing portal that uses the services of skilled experts to assist citizens claim compensation for injuries, death and losses from the workplace (office, factory, construction site, schools) and public places. This also includes injury and death due to negligence from medical facilities such as hospitals, clinics and public health centres, sexual harassment in the workplace or school, and human rights abuse or unlawful detention by law enforcement agencies. Too often, injured citizens have no means to get relief or remedy for the harm caused to them. We exist to change that.

Our fee structure is transparent and fair.
Acceptance Fee
An acceptance fee is requested when we accept your compensation for processing. The amount varies with the complexity of the case. Communication and updates are handled through your case file on the platform.
No acceptance fee applies to cases involving children under 18, sexual harassment, or the elderly from 60 years and above.
Compensation Fees
After successful completion of the compensation claim, we charge an agreed percentage depending on the complexity of the matter, deducted from the compensation received.
Commission Structure
Fees and commissions are payable to Injury & Claim and the experts after successful completion of the claim. This varies with complexity but will not exceed 30%.
Procedure
How to get started with your claim.

Step 1
For a free consultation, register and download our questionnaire. Fill it out, sign it, and upload it back to the Injury and Claim platform. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

Step 2
After evaluation and our acceptance to process your case, you will be required to sign a notarised authorisation document in favour of Injury and Claim to process your case to compensation. You shall be required to pay an acceptance fee. Please note there are no acceptance fees on cases relating to children, sexual harassment, and elderly people over the age of 60 years old.

Step 3
You are required to upload the notarised authorisation document along with all relevant documents related to your case. Please note that the more information you can give relating to your matter, the higher the rate of success.

Step 4
Your case will be allotted to a relevant expert, and you will be able to track updates on your case through your case file on the Injury and Claim platform.
